PKRM Labs ("we", "us") operates the pkrm.in platform. We take your data seriously. This page summarizes what we collect, why we collect it, and how it's protected.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, hashed password, timezone.
• Workspace data you put into the platform (clients, cases, documents, financials, custom records).
• Operational metadata: API request logs, security events, audit trails — used for reliability and incident response.

How we use it

• To provide the service you requested and the workspace you signed up for.
• To secure your account: detecting abuse, rate-limiting, and notifying you of unusual activity.
• To send transactional notifications (login alerts, billing receipts, OTPs).

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• We don't use your workspace data to train shared AI models.
• We don't show third-party advertising on the platform.

Data retention & deletion

You can export or erase your data at any time via the in-app GDPR tools. On account closure, we remove your workspace contents within 30 days, retaining only the records required by law (billing, tax, audit).
